As you all know last year Ms. Parsons took on the ‘DARE TO CARE’ challenge in aid of the Irish Cancer Society. This year we are supporting the “Wear it Pink” Campaign for #Cupsagainstbreastcancer on the 12th of October. This is a fundraiser in memory of Sharon Carroll and there will also be a coffee morning in Lisheen NS on Sunday the 14th of October from 10.30 am – 4.00 pm. If each pupil donated a sum of €2.00 for this worthy cause and wore something pink to school on Friday the 12th of October it would be greatly appreciated.
