Mini-7s

Both the boys and girls gaelic football teams got to compete in the mini-7s competition this week. As usual we almalgamate with Lisheen N.S. for this event.

The girls travelled to Abbeyknockmoy with a bare team of 7 players . Despite the bitter cold they played some great football against three other teams.

The boys travelled to Ballyhaunis to the dome in the Connaught Centre of Excellence. They had a panel of 11 players and everyone was delighted to get plenty of game time.

As always both teams were welcomed back to a school reception and commended on their football skills and excellent behaviour on the day.
