Tree week

The children learned a lot about different trees this week.

With the help of Ms. Reilly they planted 2 lovely Holly Saplings in the school garden.

Later in the week we enjoyed a lovely walk to identify several native trees. We are blessed to be located in such a lovely area to be able to do this safely. Mrs Parsons told the children all about the different trees and everyone looked out for signs of autumn. And of course, we may have thrown a few leaves in the air, just to check their colours and textures, ;).
